JSC «O’ztashqineftgaz» was established in 1998 as a subdivision of JSC «Uzbekneftegaz».
Shares of JSC «O’ztashqineftgaz» are distributed among following shareholders:
- government’s share – 51%
- foreign investors’ share – 37,27%
- free market trade share – 11,73%
The company’s mission is to meet the needs of affiliated companies of JSC «Uzbekneftegaz» in terms of material – technical resources, equipments, raw materials and services through the organization and provision of imports.
Requirements

- Компания не должна находиться в стадии реорганизации, ликвидации или банкротства (представить справку с налоговой инспекции и банка)
